Parish members are asked about once a year to host the Coffee Hour. This is an important part of our ministry to Welcome All People. Please check the alphabetical list for the date you are to serve. If a conflict in your schedule prevents you from serving, find a substitute and notify the Office at 215-297-5135. Coffee Hours are intended to be informal and relaxed times. If a more formal setting is appropriate, you will be informed. Brian Carr, our Sunday Sexton will assist with the preparation of Coffee Hour. Be in touch with your teammates regarding treats to be supplied. The first person on the list does the purchasing. The other people pay their share of the cost. Please dont forget to pay your share.
