Leadership Program for Musicians Serving Small Congregations - LPM is a program of the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music of the Episcopal Church, The Division for Congregational Ministries Worship Staff of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and The Virginia Theological Seminary.
