Services

Worship at Trinity Episcopal Church is based within the tradition of the Book of Common Prayer of the Episcopal Church. We seek to offer a diverse and comprehensive exploration of the full breadth of this denomination's liturgical resources. From Morning Prayer and the Daily Office to Eucharist in traditional, contemporary and progressive language; from Sunday worship that embodies a broad palate of musical genres to a new experience in traditional Anglican-style Evensong, Trinity seeks to keep the voice of praise and service offered up in its worship open to all who cross its thresholds. We strive in our worship to offer "something for everyone."

Please note: Trinity maintains a theology of the "Open Table." All who wish are WELCOME to join in worship AND communion at this Altar. You do not have to be a member of Trinity Church, nor of the Episcopal Church to receive. ALL ARE WELCOME!

Special Services

We observe all major Saints' days and Feast days, generally with a service at 8 AM in the Chapel (with the exception of the summer season- please call the office or check calendar to verify whether a service is scheduled). Though we don't officially observe Lesser Saints and Feasts, if their day falls on an already scheduled midweek service day, it will be part of the liturgy. During Lent: NO Lesser Saints or Feast days will be observed.

Regular Services

Sundays (through the second Sunday of June)
Childcare is available for the 9:15 service (and 11:30 if the need is known.)
8:00 AM	Holy Eucharist (without music). Coffee Hour is between the 8:00 and 9:15 service.
9:10 AM	Church School and Child Care begin. Children and Youth join the service at the Peace.
	First Sunday of each month, laying on of hands and anointing are offered at all services during Communion.
9:15 AM	Eucharist is offered on 1st, *3rd and 5th Sundays, and throughout Advent, Lent and the Summer months.
9:15 AM	* On each 3rd Sunday (Sept.- June): A Youth Eucharist is held simultaneously in the chapel while the main service is in the "main sanctuary". There is a Youth led liturgy, sermon by a youth, as well as, one by the celebrant based on an object that a child brings in a paper bag - appropriately dubbed "a paper bag sermon". Music provided by the multi-generational band, Rock of Ages. No Church School on these Sundays. Parents are encouraged to share one of the two services with their children.
9:15 AM	Morning Prayer is on the 2nd and 4th Sunday during the program year.
10:20 AM	Coffee Hour is between 9:15 and 11:30 service.
10:30 AM	Trinity Forum is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays following the Morning Prayer Service. Child Care and Youth activities are offered for families wishing to participate in the Fora.
11:30 AM	Holy Eucharist with music.
Weekday Services
8:00 AM	Every Tuesday, Centering Prayer
8:00 AM	Every Wednesday, Holy Eucharist
7:30 AM	Every Thursday, Morning Prayer
Summer Schedule
Begins the 3rd Sunday of June through the 2nd Sunday in September:
8:00 AM	Holy Eucharist without music
9:30 AM	Holy Eucharist with music. Nursery care is available.
