How can we sing the Lord’s song in a foreign land?
— Psalm 137:4

We live in a very challenging time and many are asking how do we find meaning and purpose in a time of social distancing, of isolation and fear and death. Those of us at Trinity wonder how we can be the church in such a time as this. Many of those things which have provided strength in ages past are removed from us at this time. Yet, we continue to be a people united in faith and hope. We know that we are stronger together than we are apart and so we reach out and connect with one another from our homes, our computers and telephones and we bear witness to the fact that no one need be alone.

This is our invitation to you. Join your voice with the rest of us in singing the Lord’s song. Psalm 137 speaks of the despair of a people long ago who had been separated from their places of work and worship. They were alone and lost and they didn’t know how to be the people God had called them to be.

The prophet Jeremiah spoke to them these words. "Seek the welfare of the place to which you are sent and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your peace." Jeremiah 29:7

Trinity Church is a community which continues to join together in faith and hope that we shall all be well and whole and at peace with one another and with our God. Working with our partners in mission, we seek the welfare of God’s people in this difficult time. We invite you to help us as we seek to be faithful to our call to serve.

Our web site is here to assist you to connect with others and with the faith we have in God.
