Fellowship and Conversation with the Rector

Fellowship and Conversation with the Rector: The Rector invites you to join him for fellowship and conversation via Zoom immediately following Sunday's 10:00 a.m. online livestream.

Sunday Morning Worship - Online at 10:00 a.m.

This Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m., we will lead the parish in an online broadcast via the internet.

On Sunday morning, the live feed will be found on the church website, http://trinitysolebury.org or on our Facebook page, http://facebook.com/TrinitySolebury.

NOTE: This is not in-person worship. There will be no congregation present. We have not resumed in-person Sunday morning worship at this time.

We are very excited about this evolution of our online worship as it will lend a greater sense of our being in worship together. For those who cannot tune in at 10:00 a.m., a recording of the liturgy in its entirety will be posted at a later time.

COVID-19 Update

With the steep rise in COVID-19 cases across our diocese, the Bishop has informed us that rather than continuing to wait for guidance from the government, he wants the churches to be proactive. His advice is that the safest thing is always not to gather in-person. Under the current circumstances, if parishes have not resumed in-person worship the recommendation is that we consider delaying such until the cases and positivity rate fall. For those who are currently meeting in-person, the recommendation is that we consider limiting the number of people present, the frequency, or even temporarily suspending them. Your vestry and I continue to prayerfully discern what is the best for us at this time.

With increased concern about the surging number of COVID-19 cases, the Bishop has announced that we will revert back to previous phases of our protocols. From November 22-December 13, all our churches will revert to a modified version of our Phase II Protocols. It is strongly recommended that churches consider offering only virtual/online worship or look to gather outside. We will continue to evaluate making a determination on the path forward. These are challenging times in which we are living, and our thoughts and prayers are with all who have been impacted. We continue to be the church, engaging in ministry and mission to a world in need.
